Revelation 5:5–7

  1. What's your favorite story of good guys beating bad guys? Jesus is the goodest of good guys who beats the baddest of bad guys: Satan.

  2. Why are bad guys bad? Satan is bad because he 1) lies, 2) wants to destroy, and 3) wants to be God.

  3. Jesus is called a Lion, but also a slain Lamb. Why do you think that is? Lions are strong and win, but Lambs are weak and get killed. We're seeing that Jesus is the one who is strong through weakness... he was strong enough to die for us, and strong enough to rise from the dead, and is still strong enough to protect us.

  4. How do we win with Jesus? By not being ashamed of him, but instead speaking out and sharing what he did in dying to save us, even if other people don't like that news.
